Matt grew up in Long
Island, New York and received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Santa Clara
University in 1998. He launched his career in the mortgage industry just two
months after receiving his degree and since then has helped thousands of families
in Southern Nevada and California with their home financing needs. Matt’s
reputation is built on his strong belief in accessibility, integrity,
transparent communication, and a “can-do” attitude. Matt has consistently been recognized as one of the top loan officers in the country by Scotsman Guide and Mortgage Originators Magazine over the past 5 years. When not working he enjoys spending time with
his wife, two boys, and two step kids, surfing, skiing, mountain biking and rooting for the Las Vegas Golden Knights!

Jesse has been working in real estate
and finance since 2003. He is a professional mortgage loan originator and an
active investor whose interests include hiking, technology, and economics. He
graduated with two Bachelor of Arts degrees (real estate & finance) in 2008
from CSUSB. After completing his undergraduate studies he went to work in
mortgage loss mitigation, where he was able to help many people through the
housing crisis and retain their homes. This is what eventually motivated him to
originate mortgages himself. “I feel very fortunate to be in a position
where I can apply what I’ve learned over the years in order to help others
achieve the goal of financial security through home ownership.”
LINNEA HIMMELRICK-Loan Officer Assistant NMLS# 1109531
Linnea is the point of contact once the client has an accepted offer or has committed to locking in the interest rate. Her primary responsibility is to get the loan file prepped for processing and underwriting. She also orders the appraisal. Linnea has worked with Matt since 2013. She has a critical role in the process because it is imperative to provide the underwriter with a complete package to ensure a smooth process. Linnea is from Ventura County, CA, and loves spending time with husband, daughter and step son and shopping.
