Matthew Maltese-Producing Branch Manager
Matt grew up in Long Island, New York and received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Santa Clara University in 1998. He launched his career in the mortgage industry just two months after receiving his degree and since then has helped thousands of families in Southern Nevada and California with their home financing needs. Matt's reputation is built on his strong belief in accessibility, integrity, transparent communication, and a "can-do" attitude. When not working he enjoys participating in triathlons, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with his family.
Ron DeJonge-Loan Officer
Ron gathers the client's information, inputs into the application system, and runs the file through the automated underwriting system. He is responsible for comprehensively prepping the file for Matt to review and discuss with the client. Ron has been in the mortgage industry for 14 years. When you talk with Ron, you will see how passionate he is about helping clients with their home loan financing needs. Ron is originally from Wayne, New Jersey. He enjoys the outdoors, especially camping and riding dirt bikes with his two teenagers.
Linnea Himmelrick-Loan Officer Assistant
Linnea is the point of contact once the client has an accepted offer or has committed to locking in the interest rate on a refinance. Her primary responsibility is to get the loan file prepped for processing and underwriting. She also orders the appraisal. Linnea has worked with Matt for the past 4 years. She has a critical role in the process because it is imperative to provide the underwriter with a complete package to ensure a smooth process. Linnea is from Ventura County, CA, and loves spending time with husband, daughter and step son and shopping.
Jenette Fletcher (Jenny)-Closing Coordinator
Jenny is responsible for getting the loan from “approved” to “funded”. She communicates the remaining conditions to the client, reviews the conditions and submits them back to the processor for final approval. Additionally, she coordinates signing final disclosures and loan documents, and serves as the liaison between the closing department and the title company. Jenny has a critical role on Matt’s team during the transaction and does not take this role lightly. Matt refers to this part as “sticking the landing” and she does everything in her power to make sure the loan is funded on time. Jenny is from Northern California and enjoys spending time with her family.
